iDeals ™ Solutions has been a provider of secure document management services in the investment, legal and biotechnology sectors since 2008. The flagship product iDeals ™ – iDeals ™ VDR – a new generation of virtual data rooms, which are used by leading companies and consultants in more than 30 countries.
iDeals ™ Solutions has added another office in Ukraine to its Eastern Europe offices, which are operating with great success. The company has opened a new office in Kiev to meet the growing demand for virtual data room services in Ukraine. The office was opened on January 19, offering at the initial stage for the execution of orders the international resources of the company. In the meantime, we are building up local capacity and expect that by the end of 2010 the office resources in Kiev will increase to a level sufficient to provide a full range of services for customers in this region.

The Oracle NetSuite cloud ERP system was successfully implemented, which is now being successfully developed and modified to meet the needs of the company, as well as technically maintained.
Completed as part of the project:
- consolidation and integration with the most critical systems and services;
- input of source and historical data with a depth of up to 2 years depending on the unit;
- development of additional integration interfaces to external payment services;
Thanks to Oracle NetSuite, iDeals Solutions Group Limited maintains a centralized financial accounting system that allows you to analyze data in real time, with details of indicators up to the level of the primary document and financial posting.
