PROMINVESTBANK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH EGAR TECHNOLOGY UKRAINE INTRODUCED A CRM-SYSTEM FOR THE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
A CRM-system that supports the work of corporate clients’ services business line was implemented in Prominvestbank. In addition to standard CRM functions – customer profile management, product catalog, work with potential transactions and managing personal communications with the client – a number of special features that meet the specifics of the corporate bank serving big business were developed for Prominvestbank. The project was implemented basing on Oracle Siebel and allows the bank to bring the process of interaction with customers on a new level.
The implementation of the system happens in two stages. On the first stage Prominvestbank had several key objectives: building a unified system of customer relationship management in the corporate bank, standardization and automation of pre-sales work, decision-making processes for the provision of financing and improving the efficiency of client managers.
“We have been waiting for an opportunity to start working with this high-tech business platform, as a list of important information systems of world-class that expand the current capabilities of our CRM was implemented simultaneously. The implemented Siebel allows managers of corporate banking business to interact effectively with business groups, see the panoramic information picture of each client; and the top-management – to actively run the portfolio of sales, receive comprehensive analytical data on the dynamics of development and potential corporate business of Prominvetbank”, commented Vladyslav Karychkovskyi, the chief of Cash Management department who led the implementation of the system on the part of Prominvestbank. “The system is closely integrated into the credit process of corporate business and accompanies our interaction with the client from identifying funding needs to deciding on the loan issuance. The analysis of the product load of the client base is simplified greatly as these data are taken directly from the back-office systems of the bank to the CRM”, the expert added.
“For a technology platform, that serves in such an important segment of the Prominvestbank’s work as corporate business services, very important are the following characteristics: scalability, flexibility and adaptability to the requirements of the bank and integratability with other IT systems. All these requirements are met by the Oracle Siebel CRM, for many years, holding the position of the world’s leader among customer relationship management systems. The project team during the implementation of this system in Prominvestbank also carried out works to integrate it with the automated banking system (Oracle Flexcube), enterprise data warehouse, electronic archive”, Serhiy Tarasenko, CEO of EGAR Technology Ukraine told about the project.
At the second stage of implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM further automation of key operational processes of corporate business, involving the interaction of managers with internal departments of the bank and tighter integration with the pre-sales process systems middle-office will be introduced.
