ESOTP BANK SWITCHED TO CENTRALIZED ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF PENSIONS AND CASH BENEFITS
OTP Bank switched to centralized electronic document management for the payment of pensions and cash benefits to the bank’s clients from April 1, 2021 within the framework of cooperation with the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Integration with PFC took place thanks to DATAS Technology experts, namely: specialists developed a centralized electronic document flow for data exchange between the PFC software package and ESB – the integration system of OTP Bank. This transition has improved the interaction between the bank and the Pension Fund on the payment of pensions to pensioners served in the bank, it is possible to refuse to cooperate with each regional office of the PFC separately and exchange paper documents.
In addition, the use of automated electronic services and secure communication channels speeds up the process of paying pensions and better protects data transfer.
