EXPERTS OF DATAS TECHNOLOGY: HOW TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF USAGE OF BUSINESS APPLICATIONS IN THE COMPANY

Experts of DATAS Technology held a workshop for specialists from Ukrainian banks. The workshop was focused at the issues of effective user adoption and proficient use of the key software systems in the company. The workshop was held on April 3 2015, at the Radisson Blu Hotel Podil, Kiev.

At the seminar we introduced the solution EpilogueSystems – Electronic Performance Support System. More than 450 large corporate customers worldwide use EpilogueSystems in order to quick adaption of users to the new software, to save time on training (50%), reducing the time for support to end users and reduce help desk volume (40%).

At the workshop in addition to the theoretical part during practical demonstration together experts of Ukrainian banks we created the support documents for users for software that is used in our banks. In particular, CS – ODB «B2» and «Jet B2».
