EGAR TECHNOLOGY UKRAINE IMPLEMENTS A FLAGSHIP SOLUTION TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF ADMINISTRATION IN THE PJSC “PROMINVESTBANK”

PJSC “Prominvestbank” implements a technological platform for planning and budgeting.

The bank has chosen the flagship solution of Oracle – Oracle Hyperion Planning to solve the tasks of the organization of planning and budgeting on the modern technological platform. The project is realized by an experienced team of Ukrainian experts of EGAR Technology Ukraine. In May 2012 the system was relegated to the experimental industrial operation.

“Currently, among the main tasks, the bank solves the tasks of optimization of the organizational structure and the increase of the efficiency of administration”, – marks Viktor Bashkirov, the chairman of the PJSC “Prominvestbank”. “Our bank is a large enterprise with a complex organizational structure, thus the construction of clear technological system of financial planning plays one of the crucial parts in the efficiency of administration and, eventually, in the operation of “Prominvestbank”. This is not our first collaborative project with Oracle. While choosing our product, we had oriented to the best solutions, represented on the market, and yet again chose the Oracle”.

“The team of the EGAR Technology’s experts was given a task to implement the system in 2012”, – continues Viktor Bashkirov. “This is a rather hard task because there is a need to string together the massive network of bank’s branches and departments, to provide the instrument, which covers all the stages of financial administration: from strategic (long-term) to current planning, forecasting and modeling of the planned data, processes of plan/actual analysis and execution control.”

“Financial administration with the use of Oracle Hyperion Planning instruments even in the short-term prospects gives a considerable reduction of time expenditure and human resources, substantial increase of the administration control. A significant point, that the team of the Oracle Hyperion implementation experts pays attention to is the local specifics and the needs of Ukrainian market, what in its turn reflects on the high efficiency of the use of this solution”, – marks Serhiy Tarasenko, the general director of the EGAR Technology Ukraine”.
