EGAR TECHNOLOGY COMPLETES THE FIRST STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF ORACLE SIEBEL CRM SYSTEM FOR BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT PROJECT OF SBERBANK OF RUSSIA

The EGAR Technology specialists have successfully completed the first stage of development of customer handling management system based on Oracle Siebel CRM in a subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia Business Environment JSC and have provided consulting services for its implementation.

The works executed by EGAR Technology project team focused on business process automation of Business Environment front-office, used within the same project to support entrepreneurship in Russia, which is consistently developed by Sberbank of Russia for small businesses. A high level of integration of Business Environment project with the information environment of Sberbank of Russia has also been achieved in the process of implementation.

The project has used OracleSiebel CRM capabilities to implement business processes across various divisions of Business Environment.”
