EGAR TECHNOLOGY BRINGS THE PARTNERSHIP PRACTICE ON CORE BANKING INTO A SEPARATE DEPARTMENT

EGAR Technology brings its expertise in of core banking with solutions from leading vendors into a single unit – the Vendors’ Practices Department. It will be headed by Elena Nikonova.

The newly created structure of EGAR Technology will continue its dynamic development of competencies and portfolio of partner solutions for credit institutions, focusing primarily on the technology of Oracle, IBM, TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), SAP and other suppliers, who define the direction of modern banking market.

An important task of the Vendors’ Practices Department will become a full-fledged representation in the Russian market of the EGAR Technology expertise, acquired in the largest banking automation projects in the territory of Russia, CIS and other neighbor countries, as well as an ambitious program for promoting affiliate products, especially in the segment of Core Banking.

Elena Nikonova, director of the Vendors’ Practices Department at EGAR Technology, says: “The new department has a lot of diverse tasks, and we are ready to demonstrate to Russian banks not only innovative developments of our partners, but also a variety of approaches to the implementation of these decisions on the basis of their own experience. In the field of automation of Core Banking the first line of products and services of the Department is the Oracle FLEXCUBE, as well as consultancy on localization of the banking systems and the development of integrated solutions related to projects of replacement obsolete systems with new platforms of both foreign and Russian manufacturers.

In the direction of risk management the center of EGAR Technology competency formation will remain the products of Oracle Financial Services Analytic Applications (OFSAA) financial analysis block.

Department of Vendors’ practices at EGAR Technology will conduct its activities in close contact with the integration departments of the company.
