DATAS TECHNOLOGY SUCCESSFULLY FINISHED THE SECOND PHASE OF THE PROJECT EXPANSION OF INTERNET BANKING FOR LEGAL ENTITIES IN “BANK RESPUBLIKA”, AZERBAIJAN AND STARTED TO THE THIRD PHASE

DATAS Technology continues the expansion of a successfully operating in-house operation system of remote customer service of its own design for legal entities in BANK RESPUBLIKA, AZERBAIJAN.

The second phase of the project was successfully launched, including such functionality as “Salary Project”, “Acquiring” functionality, extension of the credit module, as well as the most powerful module of user notifications.

The salary project allows the user to upload payroll lists to the Internet Banking and conduct a full chain of internal approvals, according to the set up process for his legal entity.

The Acquiring functionality allows the user to conveniently work with one or several acquiring contracts, outlets and specific terminals. Get statements on terminals, groups of terminals, as well as details on them.

The extension of the credit module allows the user to see in a convenient tabular form or upload information on repayment schedule of credit contracts with detailed information to files of various formats, as well as on the actual repayment schedule with detailed information on delinquencies, etc.

The user has access to the most powerful notification module, allowing him to customize notifications for events of interest in the system, such as

• Payment by the bank
• Payment declined by the bank
• Payment received by the user for authorization
• Payment returned by the authorizer for revision
• Loan payment or closing
• Accrual of interest on the deposit or its end
• Change user credentials
• User login

All financial notifications can be configured in the context of accounts and transaction sizes. The user can set up each notification in a language that is convenient for him and receive it on one or several contacts via various communication channels simultaneously.

Immediately after the completion of the second phase of the project, the DATAS Technology team started the implementation of the next one. One of the interesting tasks of the third phase is the development of the Internet Banking API for its integration into the client’s ERP system. This functionality will allow customers to conduct financial transactions directly from their industrial ERP systems without having to upload / download them or manually enter Internet Banking.
