As a result of the transaction, the bank combined a quarter-century tradition of caring for the customer in Ukrsotsbank, the European quality of UniCredit service, as well as the international banking experience of ABHH in various European countries, in particular the CIS. Due to the successful synthesis and synergy of two Ukrainian assets of AVNN, Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank, a stronger financial institution appeared in the Ukrainian banking market, which will lead to an increase in technology, an increase in work efficiency, an increase in customer service quality, their range.
